Registration
This conference will be attended by both members and non-members of the AESJ. In order to ensure smooth reception on the day of the conference, we kindly ask all participants to register in advance. Please also read the FAQs before registering.
Conference Registration and Reception Fees
For those who wish to participate in the conference, please register and pay the registration and other fees in advance through the conference registration system below.

Participation fee: 4,000 yen (Student members 3,000 yen)

Reception dinner: 6,000 yen (Student members 3,000 yen)
*A system usage fee 200 yen (220 yen including tax) will be charged per application.
Regarding Lunch
Also, the cafeterias and restaurants on the Aobayama campus are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, which makes it difficult to find a place to have lunch. There are two convenience stores, but 7-Eleven is rather far away (600m from Aobayama Commons) and Lawson (150m) is closed on Sundays. Given this situation, we are considering asking a third party to prepare lunchboxes (obento).

If you would like to purchase a lunchboxes, please add it as an option when you register for the conference. Please note that the number of lunchboxes will be for those who have paid in advance and will not be available for purchase on the day of the conference.

There are three types of payment methods: credit card, Pay-easy, and convenience store payment.
To ensure smooth operations at reception, please bring documents that confirm your registration (e.g., confirmation email, receipt, etc.) with you on the day of the conference.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your registration for the conference, reception, or lunch, please contact the Conference Executive Committee.

Friday, March 15, 2024 or earlier: Free of charge

Saturday, March 16, 2024 or later: 100% (non-refundable)
*For credit card applications, the fee will be automatically refunded in accordance with the cancellation policy.
*In the case of payment at a convenience store or by Pay-easy, the refund will be made by bank transfer or cash.
