How can I get a receipt for the system usage fee (220 yen)?

A receipt* will be automatically issued upon completion of the payment procedure.

The automatically issued receipt shows the total amount of the registration fee and the system usage fee, but if you need a new receipt*, we will be happy to re-issue one with the system usage fee clearly indicated.

If you need a new receipt, please send the automatically issued receipt as an email attachment to the conference excecutive committee.

What is the tax category of the conference participation fee?

The conference participation fee is non-taxable.

Is it possible to make a batch registration without using the system (EventPay)?

We do not accept batch registration. Please register individually. However, if a proxy registers on your behalf through the system, there is no problem, but batch registration option is not available.

Is the conference registration fee for students who are not members of the AESJ 4,000 yen or 3,000 yen?

A student member status refers to a student who is currently a member of the AESJ (i.e. double requirements).  Therefore, the conference registration fee and banquet fee for students who are not members of AESJ is 4,000 yen and 6,000 yen respectively, the same as for general members.

Is your association a qualified invoice issuer entity?

AESJ is not a qualified invoice entity because we are not registered as an invoice issuing organization. Therefore, it is not possible to issue a qualified invoice.
