From Sendai Subway Station, take the Tozai Line Subway for Yagiyama Zoological Park, get off at Aobayama Station, and use the South Exit No. 1. When you get to the ground floor, turn right and walk for about 10 minutes. In front of South Exit 1, there will be signs indicating directions to the conference venue.
For those who plan to drive, please be aware that there is no a designated parking area for conference attendees.
